 DO I NEED TO BE A MEMBER TO BE A PICKLE CHICK IN 2026?
 

Membership is how Pickle Chicks sustains the community, plans events, and continues creating meaningful opportunities for connection.

Initial Benefits of Membership

• Some events are member only
• First access priority registration
• Preferred Member pricing
• Input on selection of future non-profit organizations we partner with
• Discounts and member only offers, as we bring on additional business partners

WHAT DOES MEMBERSHIP SUPPORT?
 

Like all business, there are expenses required to form and run them effectively.   Our group is no different.  Membership supports the organization behind Pickle Chicks, including operational needs, community outreach,  and our ability to partner with local nonprofits each year.  

Organizational expenses such as :

• Website
• CRM
• Technology
• Yearly GA State LLC 
• Non-profit accounting fees
• Facility deposits  
• Banking and payment processing fees
• Office supplies, postage etc.

We are a volunteer organization with no salaries.

WHY SHOULD I JOIN IF I’VE ALREADY MADE FRIENDS HERE?
 

That’s exactly why membership matters.  Membership helps protect the events, meetups, and social experiences that already exist and ensures they don’t depend on a small group of volunteers to carry the  financial load.  As Pickle Chicks continues to grow, membership allows us to move forward in a sustainable, mission-aligned way.

IS THIS ABOUT PAYING TO PLAY?
 

No. Pickle Chicks has always been about connection, inclusion, and community.  Membership supports the structure that makes the community feel welcoming, intentional, and easy to participate in.
 

WHAT IF I’M NEW?
 

Pickle Chicks is built for you. Membership connects you to organized play, social gatherings, and a group of women who genuinely want to welcome you in.    After receiving your member information form and payment, a Pickle Ambassador will connect with you to go over details.   They also will assist you with getting connected with other players,  coaching, etc.  If you are brand new to the sport, she can connect you with trusted groups to help you understand the basics and get things going.
 

HOW MUCH IS MEMBERSHIP?
 

2026 Membership is $50 per year.  Pickle Chicks is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
